What Responsible Sourcing Actually Means for Your Jewellery
"Responsible" gets used loosely in jewellery, so it's worth being specific. For us it means three things: recycled precious metals, traceable gemstones, and making in small batches to avoid waste.
Recycled gold and silver carry a fraction of the footprint of newly mined metal, with no difference in quality once refined. Pairing that with stones we can trace back to their source keeps the whole piece accountable.
Small-batch production is the quiet part that matters most: we make to demand, so we're not destroying unsold stock at the end of a season. Slower, but far kinder.
